1. Add jalapeño slices to the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle very well, then sprinkle with kosher salt. Pour in blood orange juice, lemon juice and cold water, followed by a scoop of the Isopure citrus infusions. Shake for 30 seconds or so, until the mixture is well combined.
2. Allow the foam to settle after a minute or two, then strain through a metal sieve into an ice filled glass. Top with diet ginger ale, garnish with a slice of blood orange and jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
Notes: Jalapeños will vary in spice level, so one jalapeño may be spicier than a different pepper. To reduce the spice level, you can always use less jalapeño, or remove the seeds before muddling.
