|White whole wheat flour||½ cup|
|old fashioned oats, ground||½ cup|
|Isopure Apple Pie Low Carb Protein Powder||1 scoop|
|organic coconut sugar||½ cup|
|unsweetened applesauce||¼ cup|
|unsweetened almond milk||½ cup|
|chopped pecans||¼ cup|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix flour, ground oats, IdealLean Apple Pie Protein, salt, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Add applesauce, egg, and almond milk and mix until combined. Pour into prepared baking pan and top with chopped pecans.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!.
