Apple Pie Protein Muffins

White whole wheat flour ½ cup
old fashioned oats, ground ½ cup
Isopure Apple Pie Low Carb Protein Powder 1 scoop
salt ½ tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
organic coconut sugar ½ cup
unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup
egg 1
unsweetened almond milk ½ cup
chopped pecans ¼ cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

Mix flour, ground oats, IdealLean Apple Pie Protein, salt, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Add applesauce, egg, and almond milk and mix until combined. Pour into prepared baking pan and top with chopped pecans.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!.
