Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

For the smoothie:  
Green apple, diced 1/2
Frozen banana 1
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Coconut water, more if needed 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Apple Pie Protein Powder 1 scoop
Unsweetened granola 2 tbsp
Green apple, diced 1/2
Coconut yogurt or greek yogurt 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, diced apple, yogurt and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
