Baked Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

This tastes a whole lot like Pumpkin Pie, but you can eat it without the guilt! Best made with Isopure® Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored.

INGREDIENTS
Isopure Unflavored Powder 1 Scoop
 
Oatmeal 3 Cups
Pumpkin Puree 1 Can
Pumpkin spice 1 Tsp
Cinnamon 1 Tsp
Egg Whites ¼ Cup
Truvia ½ Cup
Vanilla Extract 2 Tsp
Almond Milk 1 Cup
   
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add truvia to almond milk to dissolve. Mix the pumpkin puree, egg whites, vanilla, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, protein powder and almond milk. Then add the oatmeal . Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan and bake for 35-40 min.
