Whole Wheat Flour 1 1/2 Cups (180g)
Instant Coffee 1 Heaping Tbsp (12g)
Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate 2 1/2 Scoops (75g)
Baking Soda 1/3 Tsp 
Mashed Bananas 3 (300g)
Honey 4 Tbsps (84g)
Eggs 2
Egg Whites 2
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium sized bowl mix dry ingredients until well combined. In a separate medium sized bowl mix wet ingredients until combined. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until well incorporated with one another. Coat a 12 slotted muffin tray with baking spray. Add batter evenly into each mold (3/4 full). Bake at 350 Degrees or 177 Celsius for 12-14 minutes;
