Blueberry Cauliflower Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Frozen cauliflower, steamed 1 cup
Frozen wild blueberries 2/3 cup
Unsweetened almond milk* or other milk of choice 1 cup
Isopure Zero Carb, Unflavored 1/4 cup
Liquid monkfruit* or sweetener of choice 3/4 tsp or 2-3 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Peanut* or almond butter 2 Tbsp
Freshly squeezed lemon juice* (optional) 1-2 Tbsp
Fresh blueberries, to serve 2-3 Tbsp
   
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all the ingredients except for the fresh blueberries in a blender.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
