Frozen cauliflower, steamed | 1 cup |
Frozen wild blueberries | 2/3 cup |
Unsweetened almond milk* or other milk of choice | 1 cup |
Isopure Zero Carb, Unflavored | 1/4 cup |
Liquid monkfruit* or sweetener of choice | 3/4 tsp or 2-3 tbsp |
Ground cinnamon | 1/2 tsp |
Peanut* or almond butter | 2 Tbsp |
Freshly squeezed lemon juice* (optional) | 1-2 Tbsp |
Fresh blueberries, to serve | 2-3 Tbsp |
1. Combine all the ingredients except for the fresh blueberries in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
