|Frozen cauliflower, steamed||1 cup|
|Frozen wild blueberries||2/3 cup|
|Unsweetened almond milk* or other milk of choice||1 cup|

|Liquid monkfruit* or sweetener of choice||3/4 tsp or 2-3 tbsp|
|Ground cinnamon||1/2 tsp|
|Peanut* or almond butter||2 Tbsp|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice* (optional)||1-2 Tbsp|
|Fresh blueberries, to serve||2-3 Tbsp|
1. Combine all the ingredients except for the fresh blueberries in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
