Caramel Apple Mug Cake

Isopure Zero/Low Carb - Apple Pie 1 scoop
Almond butter + more for topping 1 tsp
Unsweetened applesauce 1 tbsp
Milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond) 1/4 cup
Coconut flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Diced apples 2 tbsp

Place the almond butter, applesauce and milk in a bowl and whisk until uniform.

Add the protein powder, coconut flour and baking powder. Mix well.

Pour the batter into a cup or ramekin and top with dices apples.

Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, until the cake is firm to the touch. Don’t overcook as it gets dry very easily.

Serve immediately, with a drizzle of almond butter (optional).
