frozen bananas | 2 Large |
almond butter | 4 Tbsp |
Unsweetened almond milk | 1 1/2 Cup |
Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate | 1 Scoop |
Place the cherries and water in a small saucepan and heat until the berries are soft and the water has almost evaporated. Mash lightly with a fork, then pour into glasses.Add first 3 ingredients to a large bowl
Blend the frozen bananas, almond butter, almond milk and protein powder in a blender until very smooth. Pour on top of the berry mash. Top with berries. Enjoy!
