Cherry Almond Butter Smoothies

INGREDIENTS
Frozen Cherries (or other berries) 1/2 Cup
Water 2 Tbsp
frozen bananas 2 Large
almond butter 4 Tbsp
Unsweetened almond milk 1 1/2 Cup
Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate 1 Scoop
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the cherries and water in a small saucepan and heat until the berries are soft and the water has almost evaporated. Mash lightly with a fork, then pour into glasses.Add first 3 ingredients to a large bowl

Blend the frozen bananas, almond butter, almond milk and protein powder in a blender until very smooth. Pour on top of the berry mash. Top with berries. Enjoy!
