Chocolate Chia Oats with Caramelized Bananas and Blueberries

INGREDIENTS
 
ISOPURE Unflavored Whey 1 tbsp
Steel cut oats ½ cup
Unsweetened milk of choice 1 ½ cup
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) 2 tbsp
Coconut sugar 2 tbsp
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tsp
Banana 1
Smooth peanut butter 1 tbsp
Chocolate peanut butter 1 tbsp
Blueberries 2 tbsp
Cacao Nibs 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan, combine oats, milk, cocoa powder and sweetener. Simmer until milk has absorbed and the oats are soft, stirring frequently, for about 4-6 minutes. Stir in the chia seeds and protein powder and place in a serving bowl. Heat oil in a small pan, then add the banana slices and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side, or until browned. Place the bananas on top of the oats and serve with peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, cacao nibs and blueberries.
