Chocolate Chip Protein Scones

INGREDIENTS
Isopure Vanilla protein powder 1 1/2 Scoops
Sugar substitute 2 1/2 Tbsp
Self-rising flour 1 1/4 Cups
Coconut flour 1/4 Cup
Non-fat Greek style yogurt Just less than 1 Cup
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 Tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the first 4 ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Hollow out a small circle in the middle of the bowl and add in the yogurt. Mix the flour into the yogurt with a spoon or spatula until crumbly. Add in 1 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips and form into a ball. Transfer the dough into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press out 3/4 inch high circle with the dough. Add the remaining chocolate chips to the top of the dough and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes (until golden brown).
