INGREDIENTS
Wet
milk of choice 1/3 Cup
eggs 2
unsweetened applesauce 1/2 Cup (120g)
vanilla extract 1 Tsp
   
Dry  
sugar substitute 1/3 Cup (65g)
white whole wheat flour Heaping 3/4 cup (100g)
Isopure's Chocolate WPI 1 1/2 Scoops (45g)
baking soda 1/2 Tsp
Unsweetened cocoa 1/3 Cup (30g)
   
Frosting  
Isopure Chocolate WPI 1 Scoop (30g)
unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 Cup (30g)
sugar substitute 2 Heaping Tbsps (30g)
water 4 Tbsps
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix wet ingredients until combined.
Mix dry ingredients until combined.
Pour wet into dry and combine well.
Coat an 8x8 cake tray with non-stick cooking oil.
Pour batter into the tray evenly.
Bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for 12-14 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes top with frosting when cooled.
Mix until thick frosting forms.
