Chocolate Protein Muffins

The incredible taste aside, you will get almost 10g of protein and 25g of carbs per muffin with only less than 1g of fat!
Dry ingredients:
Isopure Chocolate protein powder 2 Scoops
Self-rising flour 1 1/2 Cups
Granulated sugar substitute 1/4 Cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 Cup
Wet ingredients:
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 Cup
Banana 1
Unsweetened apple sauce 1/3 Cup
Egg whites 2
Chocolate topping:
Isopure Chocolate protein powder 1 Scoop
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tbsp
Granulated sugar substitute 1 Tbsp
Water 1 1/2 Tbsp
In 2 medium sized bowls combine the dry and wet ingredients respectively. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (make sure to check occasionally as you can overbake them easily). Recipe will make 9 muffins. Macros (per muffin): 140 calories, 0.5g fat, 25g carbs, 9g protein.
