Instant Espresso 3/4 Tbsp (3g)
White Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 Cup (30g)
Zero Carb Isopure Creamy Vanilla 1 scoop (30g)
Cornstarch 1/8 Tsp
Baking Soda Pinch
INSTRUCTIONS
Add All ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth Turn burner to medium heat and coat a skillet with baking spray Add batter 1/3 at a time to the skillet and flip once bubble form Once flipped cook for an additional 2 minutes. Macronutrients (per pancake makes 3): 150 calories, 1.5g Fat, 19g Carbs (2g fiber), 14g Protein
