INGREDIENTS
 
Isopure Whey Unflavored Powder  1 tbsp
Quick oats 1 cup
Almond milk (unsweetened) 1 1/3 cup
Chia seeds  2 tbsp
Raw honey 2 tbsp
Fresh figs 2
Raw almonds 2 tbsp
Fresh blueberries  1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the oats, milk and chia seeds, protein powder and honey in a jar or a container with a lid; stir well, then refrigerate overnight.

In the morning top with figs, blueberries and chopped nuts. Enjoy!
