Low Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Dutch Chocolate 1 Scoop (30g)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/3 Cup
Sugar substitute   2 Tbsps (30g)
Water 6 Tbsps
Peanut Butter 4 Tbsps
Salt Pinch of salt for Peanut Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except peanut butter until smooth and runny • Coat muff wrapper lightly with baking spray • Add the chocolate • And peanut butter • Cover again in chocolate • Freeze for 3-5 hours. Per serving: Calories – 258 Fat – 11 grams Carb – 28 grams Protein – 19 grams
