|Plain greek yogurt||1 1/2 cups|
|Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry||1 10 oz box|
|Granulated garlic||1/2 teaspoon|
|Granulated onion||1/2 teaspoon|
|Salt + more to taste||1 teaspoon|
|Cracked black pepper||1/2 teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||A couple of shakes|
|Isopure® Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored||1 scoop|
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for at least 30 minutes but no more than 2 hours in the refrigerator for all the flavors to come together. Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips.
