INGREDIENTS
JAVAPRO powder 1/2 cup
Zero Carb Isopure Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder 1/2 cup
 
Egg whisked 1
Unsweetened applesauce 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Coconut oil, melted 2 Tbsp
Tapioca flour 1/2 Cup
Almond flour 1/2 Cup
Cocoa powder 1 Tbsp
Baking soda 1 Tsp
Salt Pinch
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together the eggs, applesauce, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Add the two flours and whisk until combined. Add protein powders and cocoa powder and whisk to combine. Add baking soda and salt and mix well. Pour 3/4 cup batter into a greased waffle iron and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes each but check to make sure. Garnish and enjoy! Or freeze
