Golden Mango Citrus Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
 
Frozen banana 1
Frozen mango chunks 1 cup
Peeled and segmented orange 1 cup
Isopure Low Carb Protein-Naturally Sweetened 1-2 scoops
Roughly chopped carrot 1/4 cup
Roughly chopped fresh ginger or ground ginger 1/2 inch piece or 1/4 tsp
Ground turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/8 tsp
Water, as needed to blend 1 - 1 1/2 cups
   
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.

2. Blend until very smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

3. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!

This recipe makes 2 servings.
