GRANOLA PROTEIN PIZZA

Granola:

1 1/3 Cup Unsweetened muesli

1/2 Cup Oat flour

Pinch Salt

3 tbsp Melted coconut oil

3 tbsp Maple syrup (sub another sticky sweetener)

1 tsp  Pure vanilla extract

Topping:

1 Cup Thick Unsweetened greek yogurt

1 Scoop Isopure® Zero/Low Carb - Strawberries & Cream

1/2 cup berries of choice, such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the muesli, oat flour, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Place on the baking sheet, press down firmly and shape into a heart (optional). Place in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, until browned and crispy. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and protein powder. Spoon on top of the pizza and top with berries. Serve immediately.
