High Protein Chocolate Banana Bread

What's better than banana bread? How about high protein, chocolate banana bread? This recipe has the perfect balance of chocolate, banana and protein.

INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients:
Isopure Chocolate protein powder 3/4 Cup
Oat flour 1/2 Cups
Granulated sugar substitute 1/3 Cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 Cup
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Baking soda 1/4 Tsp
Baking powder 3/4 Tsp
 
Wet ingredients:
Mashed bananas 2 1/2
Unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 Cup
Whole egg 1
Coconut oil  2 Tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl add your wet ingredients and mix until combined. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients until well combined. Pour wet into dry and mix thoroughly. Coat a 9x5 baking pan with baking spray and add in the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Halfway through cover your pan with tin foil.
