Isopure® Zero/Low Carb Apple Pie 3/4 Scoops
Apples 1 Large peeled and cored
Old Fashioned Oats 1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar Erythritol 1 Tbsp
Calorie Free Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup
Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS

Peel, core, and slice the apples

Add the apples in a medium sized bowl along with all of the other ingredients (*NOTE: Only add half of the oats and brown sugar at this point) and mix until combined.

Coat a mug with baking spray, and add the contents from the bowl into the mug.

Top the mug with the remaining oats, and then add the rest of the brown sugar on-top of the oats.

Microwave for 2-3:30 depending on the power of your microwave.

Serve hot, and enjoy.
