INGREDIENTS
Frozen Fruit (Make your own flavors!) - strawberry used⁣ 1 1/2 Cups
Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein 1 scoop
Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
Milk or Milk Substitute (unsweetened almond milk used) 1/4 Cup
   
INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of your ingredients into a bowl aside from your toppings

Using a hand blender, blend everything together until it’s creamy (1-2 minutes)

Take out a hand mixer or whisk and mix everything together until it’s fluffy (it should start to fluff up after around 1-2 minutes)
