Chopped pecans | ½ cup |
Pumpkin seeds | ½ cup |
Sunflower seeds | ½ cup |
Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla | 2 scoops |
Sugar free chocolate chips | ⅓ cup |
Salt | ¼ teaspoon |
Sugar free maple syrup | ⅓ cup |
Water | 2 tablespoons |
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and stir until combined.
Press into a small square or rectangle baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into bars.
