Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS
Instant Oats 1 1/2 Cups
White Whole Wheat Flour 3/4 Cup
Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate 1 1/2 Scoops
Baking Powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/8 Tsp
Honey 1/2 Cup
Coconut Oil Melted 2 1/2 Tbsps
Egg 1 Large
Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 Tsp
Raisins 1/2 Cup
INSTRUCTIONS

-Pre-heat oven to 325 Degrees.

-Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

-Mix until well combined and a dough forms. 

-Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 20 cookies).

-Bake for around 10-12 minutes.

-Once the cookies are done baking let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself.

-Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.  Makes 20 servings.
