Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Waffle

INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour ½ cup (60g)
Baking powder ½ tsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Isopure Zero Carb, Creamy Vanilla 2 scoops (62g)
Peanut flour (peanut butter powder)* ¼ cup (32g)
Vanilla Greek yogurt ⅔ cup (150g)
Whole egg 1
Dark chocolate chips 2 tbsp
More peanut butter for topping  
Melted chocolate for topping  
   
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat wafffle iron to medium heat. Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, protein powder and peanut flour) in a bowl.

2. Add Greek yogurt and egg. Mix until a smooth batter forms. Fold in chocolate chips.

3. Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter to make 4 waffles, about ½ cup batter each.

4. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Once cooked, top with more peanut butter and melted dark chocolate if desired. Enjoy!

Yield: 4 waffles

*You can use regular peanut butter as well, but it will be higher in fat and calories than the peanut flour.
