Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix with a spatula until crumbly. Once crumbly use your hands to roll and form the dough into a ball. Separate the ball of dough into 15 equal sized balls (about half the size of a ping pong ball). Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Score the balls with a fork before serving.
