Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS
 
Isopure Vanilla powder 1 Scoop
Coconut flour 1 Tbsp
Oat flour 1 Tbsp
Peanut flour 7 Tbsp
Sugar substitute 3/4 Tbsp
Banana mashed 1/2
INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix with a spatula until crumbly. Once crumbly use your hands to roll and form the dough into a ball. Separate the ball of dough into 15 equal sized balls (about half the size of a ping pong ball). Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Score the balls with a fork before serving. Macros (per cookie): 27.5 Calories, .5g Fat, 3.3g Carbs (.8g fiber), 3g Protein
