|Frozen mango chunks||1 cup|
|Coconut yogurt||1/2 cup|
|Ground cardamom||1/2 tsp|
|Light coconut milk||1/2 cup|
|Diced pineapple||1/4 cup|
|Toasted coconut flakes||2 tbsp|
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and top with diced pineapple, toasted coconut flakes and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
