Pineapple Lassi Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS
 
For the smoothie:  
Nature's Best® by ISOPURE® Plant-Based Protein 2 scoops
Frozen pineapple 1 cup
Frozen mango chunks 1 cup
Coconut yogurt 1/2 cup
Ground cardamom 1/2 tsp
Light coconut milk 1/2 cup
   
For topping:  
Diced pineapple 1/4 cup
Toasted coconut flakes 2 tbsp
Mint leaves  
   
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into serving bowls and top with diced pineapple, toasted coconut flakes and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

This recipe makes 4 servings.
