Frozen pineapple | 1 cup |
Frozen mango chunks | 1 cup |
Coconut yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Ground cardamom | 1/2 tsp |
Light coconut milk | 1/2 cup |
For topping: | |
Diced pineapple | 1/4 cup |
Toasted coconut flakes | 2 tbsp |
Mint leaves | |
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving bowls and top with diced pineapple, toasted coconut flakes and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
