Protein Acai Bowl

Enjoy the taste of this protein acai bowl of awesomeness at any time. Load on healthy fruits and Isopure® Toasted Coconut Whey Protein Isolate.
Isopure Toasted Coconut WPI 1 Scoop
Frozen banana (sliced) 1/2
Acai puree 1/2 packet
Frozen blueberries 1/2 Cup
Avocado 1/4
Coconut milk 1/2 Cup
Almond butter 2 Tbsp
Shredded coconut 1/4 Cup
Fresh blueberries  1/2 Cup
Walnuts 1/4 Cup
Goji berries 1/4 Cup
Place first seven ingredients into a blender. Pulse slowly, pushing ingredient down if they get stuck. If bowl is not incroporating well, add small amounts of coconut milk or water, then pulse again. Scoop into a bowl and top with shredded coconut, bluberries, walnuts and goji berries.
