Protein Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
 
ISOPURE Unflavored Whey 1 scoop
Whole wheat flour 1½ cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Mashed bananas 3 large
Melted coconut oil ¼ cup
Honey ½ cup
Eggs 2 large
INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl add all of the dry ingredients, use a whisk to combine them, and set that bowl aside.

In a medium sized bowl add all of the liquid ingredients, and use a spatula to combine them.

Add the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix until combined.

Once combined coat a 9x5 loaf pan with baking spray and add the batter to the pan.

Bake at 325 Degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check on it by inserting a toothpick into the center of the loaf, if it comes out dry, the bread is done.

Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, and transfer the loaf to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

*Optional: Add walnuts, chocolate chips, etc. to your batter, and also to the top of the bread before baking.
