In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, protein powder and honey.
To assemble one, add 1/3 cup of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of a cup, then add 1/4 cup of the mixed berries followed by 1/3 cup of the yogurt and 1/2 tablespoon of almonds then add the remaining 1/4 cup of berries. Finish by topping your parfait with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of almonds.
