Protein Boneless Chicken Bites

INGREDIENTS
 
ISOPURE Unflavored Whey 1 scoop
Trimmed chicken breast 1 1/4 Pounds
Panko bread crumbs Heaping 3/4 cup
Egg 1 Large
Salt 1 Tsp
Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Paprika 1/4 Tsp
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the breasts into 25 bite-sized chunks, and set them aside.

In a small bowl add the egg, and whisk until the yolk has is completely incorporated with the white, and set that bowl aside.

In a medium-large sized bowl add the remaining ingredients, and use a whisk to combine them.

Once the dry ingredients are combined, use one hand to dip the chunks of chicken into the egg, and then use the other hand to coat the chicken in the “breading”.

Transfer the breaded chicken to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400 Degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Use a pair of tongs to flip the chicken bites around 15 minute mark to ensure both sides cook evenly.

Once the chicken bites are golden brown, coat them in the sauce of your choice, and enjoy!
