|Almond flour||1/3 cup|
|Coconut flour||2 tbsp|
|Cocoa powder||1/3 cup|
|Cocoa powder||1/2 tsp|
|Baking soda||1/2 tsp|
|Erythritol||Heaping 1/4 cup|
|No sugar added dark chocolate chips||1/4 cup|
|Melted coconut oil||Heaping 1/4 cup|
|Full Fat Greek yogurt||3 tbsp|
In a large bowl add all of the dry ingredients (except for 1-2 tbsps of the chocolate chips), use a whisk to combine them, and set that bowl aside.
In a medium sized bowl add the melted coconut oil, eggs, and Greek yogurt. Whisk those together until combined.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients, and use a spatula to mix them until combined.
Once combined, coat an 8x8 tray with baking spray and add the batter. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the brownies in the tray.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
