Protein Chocolate Cake with Espresso Glaze

This cake is so decadent, it's hard to believe it's healthy and packed with over 50g of protein.

INGREDIENTS
Liquids:
Almond milk 1/2 Cup
Eggs 3
Coconut oil 3 Tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
Almond extract 1 Tsp
   
Dry Ingredients:
Isopure Dutch Chocolate powder 2 Scoops
Coconut flour 1/2 Cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
Coconut sugar 1/2 Cup
Baking soda 1 Tsp
Hemp & flax mix 1/4 Cup
   
INSTRUCTIONS
Slowly combine liquids to dry ingredients and stir one shot of espresso. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes. For glaze: combine almond milk with dark chocolate chunks, cocoa powder and espresso. Pour over cake and add sea salted coconut flakes, chocolate shavings, fruit, or peanut butter.
