|Melted refined coconut oil||1/4 cup|

|Roughly chopped walnuts||1/2 cup|

1. Preheat oven to 325F/160C. In a large bowl, whisk together the liquid sweetener, coconut and nut butter. Add the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax, protein powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir until evenly coated
2. Spread mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes. Cool completely.
3. Serve granola with coconut yogurt and chopped fruit and berries.
