INGREDIENTS
Honey, maple syrup or sugar-free liquid sweetener ⅓ cup
Melted refined coconut oil 1/4 cup
Smooth peanut butter or almond butter 2 tbsp
Oats 2 1/2 cups
Roughly chopped walnuts 1/2 cup
Raw pumpkin seeds ½ cup
Ground flaxseeds 2 tbsp
Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein 2 scoops
Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
Salt ½ teaspoon
   
To Serve:  
Coconut yogurt 1 cup
Chopped fruit and berries 1/4 cup
   
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 325F/160C. In a large bowl, whisk together the liquid sweetener, coconut and nut butter. Add the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax, protein powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir until evenly coated

2. Spread mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet and bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes. Cool completely.

3. Serve granola with coconut yogurt and chopped fruit and berries.
