For Marshmallows:
-Lightly grease and line a square tin with parchment paper
-In a medium saucepan, combine Stevia, water over medium-low heat. Whisk until dissolved. Allow mixture to boil, then simmer for 5-10 minutes.
-Combine 1.5 cups of water with gelatin and protein powder until dissolved.
-Slowly add water to protein + gelatin mix. Mix on medium speed until it reaches fluffy consistency (about 15 minutes).
-Dust tin with lightly with protein powder to prevent sticking. Spread mixture evenly then sprinkle lightly with more protein powder and place in fridge to set overnight.
For Hot Chocolate:
-Microwave 1 cup of unsweetened, nonfat vanilla almond milk for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
-Mix 1 scoop of Low Carb Isopure Dutch Chocolate protein powder in milk. This recipe makes 1 serving.
