Protein Pumpkin Oatmeal

Start your day with this protein pumpkin oatmeal. Pumpkin-y, maple-y goodness that is so easy to make!
Isopure Creamy Vanilla powder 1 scoop
Rolled oats 3 Tbsp
Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
Hot water 1 Cup
Pumpkin puree 3 Tbsp
Cinnamon 1 Tsp
Ground ginger 1/2 Tsp
Ground nutmeg 1/4 Tsp
Maple syrup 1/2 Tbsp
Chopped pecans 1 Tbsp
Chopped crystalized ginger (optional) 1 Tbsp
Chopped dried cherries (optional) 1 Tbsp
Place the oats, water, pumpkin puree, ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small saucepan and boil until oatmeal is cooked. Remove from stovetop and add the protein powder. You may need to add more water to get the consistency you like. Once the protein powder is stirred in, add the maple syrup. Top with chopped pecans, chopped crystalized ginger and dried cherries. Enjoy!
