Salted Caramel Snickerdoodle Balls

INGREDIENTS
Peanut Flour 3/4 Cup
Zero Carb Isopure Vanilla Salted Caramel Protein Powder 1/2 Cup
Chopped Caramel Candy Bits 1/2 Cup
Cinnamon 1 Tbsp
Sea Salt 1/4 Tsp
Butter Extract 1/4 Tsp
Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp
Honey or Maple Syrup 1/2 Cup
Nut Butter of choice 1/2 Cup
INSTRUCTIONS

-Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl.

-With your hands, mix the nut butter, extracts and honey (or maple syrup) with your dry mixture. Start rolling this mixture into bite-sized balls.

-If too dry, add more honey or nut butter to mixture.

-Freeze or keep in refrigerator to maintain freshness.  Recipe makes 30 servings (balls).
