Spinach 1 cup
Fresh mint sprigs ¼ cup
Avocado (pitted) 1/2
Nonfat vanilla greek yogurt 4oz
Soy milk 1 cup
Banana (frozen) 1
Ice cubes 1 cup

Blend the spinach, mint, avocado, and yogurt until smooth.

Add in the protein powder and milk, blend.

Add in the frozen banana and ice cubes, then blend until smooth.
