Tropical Protein Popsicles

unsweetened coconut yogurt 1 1/2 cups
Isopure Infusions, Tropical Punch Protein Powder 1 1/2 scoops
Lime zest 2 tsp
Liquid monkfruit sweetener*, or 1/3 cup liquid sweetener such as maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp
Lime juice 3 tbsp
Finely diced mango* (optional) 3/4 cup

1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the coconut yogurt, protein powder, sweetener and lime zest and juice. Stir in the mango (if using).

2. Spoon or pour the mixture into popsicles molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
