Liquid monkfruit sweetener*, or 1/3 cup liquid sweetener such as maple syrup | 1 1/2 tsp |
Lime juice | 3 tbsp |
Finely diced mango* (optional) | 3/4 cup |
1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the coconut yogurt, protein powder, sweetener and lime zest and juice. Stir in the mango (if using).
2. Spoon or pour the mixture into popsicles molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.
