Vanilla Hazelnut Protein Bars

Making your own protein bars is easier than you think! Check out this recipe using Isopure Natural Flavor Vanilla powder.
Isopure Natural Flavor Vanilla powder 1 Cup
Filtered water 1/4 Cup
Hazelnut butter, warmed 1/4 Cup
Seeds of one vanilla bean  
Stevia 2 mini-scoops
Coconut flour 2 Tbsp
Mix whey protein and water. Use just enough water to have a smooth texture, not crumbly. Mix in hazelnut butter, vanilla bean seed and stevia. Add coconut flour and mix to combine. You'll need to use your hands. Place dough on a sheet of parchment and use the side of a large knife or flat surface to help shape it into a rectangle. Wrap in the parchment, and refrigerate for an hour or so to firm it up before cutting (if desired). Enjoy! These will be fine wrapped in parchment or plastic wrap in your bag all day, but for longer storage I would refrigerate them.
