Vanilla Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
Isopure Unflavored Powder 1 Scoop
 
Oat flour ½ Cup
Baking powder ¼ Tsp
Sweetener 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon ¼ Tsp
Egg  1
Almond Milk ¼ Cup
Unsweetened applesauce ¼ Cup
Vanilla extract ¼ Tsp
   
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the wet ingredient in another bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. On a preheated pan, scoop out about 2 tbsp of batter into the pan. Cook each side for about 2 minutes or until light brown. Top with any toppings and enjoy!
