INGREDIENTS
Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla protein powder 2 Scoops
 
Almond flour 1/4 Cup
Applesauce (no sugar added) 1 Cup
Almond milk 1 Cup
AGelatin powder 1 Tbsp
Jell-O sugar free fat free instant cheesecake pudding mix 1/4 package
Raspberries 8
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together 2 Tbs. almond meal and ½ Tbsp applesauce and press into mini spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15min. Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup boiling water. Blend together rest of ingredients. Add gelatin. Pour into crust. Mix in raspberries. Let set in fridge for at least 2 hours.
