Briana Bernard

Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Boy Mom, Competitive Powerlifter

“The variables that stand between those who succeed and those who fail are consistency and discipline. The individuals who show up and do the work (even when they don’t feel like it) and keep the promises they make to themselves, are the ones who succeed.”

BIOGRAPHY

In 2012 Briana became a mom, and after gaining 70 pounds during her pregnancy, her weight had escalated to 245 pounds. Briana’s body hurt from carrying around extra weight. She was always tired, and she felt embarrassed when she would see a picture of herself or catch a glimpse of her reflection in a mirror. She didn’t feel like her anymore, so she changed her eating and exercise habits, and lost over 100 pounds, and it changed her life in EVERY WAY. It inspired her to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach to educate others on how to reach and maintain their health and fitness goals.
