Firecracker Layered Popsicles by Chef Bayan

Red part:

 

White part:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 

 

Blue part:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 

Directions

  1. Blend all your red part ingredients until smooth, then let sit for 5 minutes for the foam to settle. Portion evenly into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile make your white part by adding everything into a bowl and stirring until smooth. 
  3. Once red part is frozen, remove from freezer and evenly portion into molds, place back into freezer for 30 minutes. 
  4. Finish with blending your blue part ingredients until smooth. And portion into molds once your white part is firm. Add in your popsicle sticks and let completely freeze for at least 1 hour. 
  5. To remove popsicle from molds easily, pour some warm water over mold for a few seconds. Enjoy!
