Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast
Directions
- Whip your wet ingredients together until smooth and nu chunks. If whisking isn’t working just add it to your food processor until smooth.
- Evenly fill half the slices of bread with your filling then add remaining slices on top and dip into your egg/milk mixture.
- Heat up your pan, grease with butter or spray, and cook each toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
