Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast

140g pumpkin puree
50g light cream cheese
1 tsp pumpkin spice 
1.5 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup ( add more if you want it sweeter)
1 scoop ISOPURE Creamy Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1 egg
1/3 cup milk 
6-8 slices of bread 

Directions

  1. Whip your wet ingredients together until smooth and nu chunks. If whisking isn’t working just add it to your food processor until smooth.
  2. Evenly fill half the slices of bread with your filling then add remaining slices on top and dip into your egg/milk mixture. 
  3. Heat up your pan, grease with butter or spray, and cook each toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
