Chicken Sausage, Mushroom, Spinach & Feta Egg Muffins:
4 Eggs
⅓ scoop Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder
½ Chicken sausage
15 g Chopped spinach
1 Chopped baby bella mushroom
25 g Feta cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste

Cheddar, Bacon & Chive Egg Muffins:
4 Eggs
⅓ scoop Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder
½ Diced roma tomato
2 Pieces thick cut bacon
25 g Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp Chives
Salt & pepper, to taste

Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Egg Muffins:
4 Eggs
⅓ scoop Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder
½ Diced roma tomato
2 tsp Chopped fresh basil
20 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
½ Roma tomato
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

For all variations:

  1. Crack a dozen eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Choose the ingredients you need based on the variation.
  3. Mix in 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb Unflavored Protein Powder, and your choice of ingredients with electric mixer.
  4. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
  5. Place individual ingredients in muffin tins.
  6. Pour 1 egg (50 g or approx 1/4 cup) into each muffin tin.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
