Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast
  1. Whip your wet ingredients together until smooth with no chunks. If whisking isn’t working just add it to your food processor until smooth.
  2. Evenly fill half the slices of bread with your filling then add remaining slices on top and dip into your egg/milk mixture. 
  3. Heat up your pan, grease with butter or spray, and cook each toast for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Top with maple syrup and enjoy!
