Will I get order reminders?
Yes. We’ll send you two reminder emails before each subscription order processes: one seven (7) days in advance and a final reminder 24 hours before your order ships. This gives you plenty of time to review your upcoming delivery, make changes, add products, skip the order, or adjust your schedule if needed.
Can I stack flash or holiday sales with my subscription discount?
Most promotional discount codes apply only to one‑time purchases. Your subscription discount is always applied automatically, ensuring you receive consistent savings.
How do I update my subscription billing or shipping information?

What if my payment method expires, or I forget about my subscription?
If your payment method expires or fails, we’ll notify you by email right away. Your subscription will be placed on hold until you update your billing details. We won’t process the order or charge your card until you’ve updated your payment information.
