We understand that ISOPURE® quality is as important to you as it is to us. Use the tips on this page to help authenticate original ISOPURE®–made products.
INTERIOR PROTECTIVE SEAL OR NECKBAND
As part of our continued sustainability efforts, we are removing the clear neckband on all Isopure Zero/ Low Carb, Infusions, Plant and Natural products. As part of this, we will be adding an internal protective seal. This is a transition process so you may receive a tub with or without the neckband depending on where or when you purchase.
PROTECTIVE SEALS
Isopure protein tubs come with a cardboard barrier designed to show if the tub has been tampered with. This protective covering is attached to the top and should be removed before use. Air vents are visible on the seal to alleviate pressure during shipping. Please inspect the seal on the outer rim of the tub to ensure it hasn’t been compromised.
TUB DESIGN
The crease on the bottom of U.S. made tubs of protein is a mold mark from plastic thermoforming. It looks the same on every tub and is normal.
DATE & BATCH CODES
On the bottom or side of protein tubs you’ll find blue ink jet printing listing a manufacture date, expiration date and batch code. Powdered products have a 2-year shelf life, so the dates should be 2 years apart. For the ISOPURE® ZERO CARB drinks, products have a 1-year shelf life and the expiration dates and batch information might appear on the neck of the bottle or on top on the cap with black ink.
