2 scoops Isopure Unflavored Zero Carb Protein
1 cup Spinach
¼ cup Fresh mint sprigs
2-3 Avocado (pitted)
4oz Nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
1 cup Soy milk
1 Banana (frozen)
1 cup Ice cubes


  1. Blend the spinach, mint, avocado, and yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add in the protein powder and milk, blend.
  3. Add in the frozen banana and ice cubes, then blend until smooth.
  4. Top with any desired toppings and enjoy!
